HRAPP V 1.5.3.21 introduced the PF report for Hourly. The user will have an effortless work with Payroll.

Document submission for Leave based on leave type configuration
HRAPP simplifies your work in V 1.5.3.21-Enhancement- Introduced Document/ Certificate submission for Leave. All the leave document (according to the leave type configuration) is attached by the employee in HRAPP and all the approval authority can verify and approve the same in a single click.

Employee ID Prefix Department Wise
HRAPP V 1.5.3.21 implemented Employee ID prefix in department wise as well. The user can segregate the employee id by defining their department name.

Disable Certain Fields in Employee Form for Employee Level Access
HRAPP V 1.5.3.21 improved the Employee Form. An employee should not allow editing the employee details without the approval of Admin.

For user convenience,
HRAPP create “Allow Employee to Edit Details” in Organization settings.
YES means – the employee could edit all their details in Employee Form
NO means – the employee could not edit the below fields in Employee Form.

HRAPP V 1.5.3.20 Introduced EFT(Electronic Fund Transfer) for Hourly wages employees, User can generate the payslip and upload the EFT Report in the specific bank for the fund transfer to the employees.

- Employee->Employee bank details->Add the Employee Bank Details
- Payroll->Hourly Salary Payslip->Generate the Payslip for the employees
- Reports-> Payroll Reports->EFT Hourly Report- CSV / TXT upload in the same file in Bank portal.
ESI Report For Hourly
HRAPP V 1.5.3.20 Introduced the ESI report for Hourly, User will have an effortless work with Payroll.
